EVO VISTAlens is a next-generation feature-rich safety helmet based on the proven Evolution head protection technology, with a fully retractable optical class 1 integrated overspec with B rating for impact resistance. The goggles are interchangeable, allowing users to swap the overspec for a VISTAshield face shield, so they always have the right protection at hand.
The EVOVISTA has been developed from the ground up to fit seamlessly with a wide range of over-the-neck PPE. Equipped with the Revolution Flex wheel ratchet harness, the helmet is designed to reduce pressure for the perfect fit and all-day comfort.
- SAFETY CELL: The safety cell concept prevents flying debris from entering the scalp through the goggles. In addition, the overspec cannot come into contact with the scalp, preventing injury when pushed back onto the safety cell.
- VISTAlens: VISTAlens are available in clear or inner/outer lens colours and offer B-class impact resistance. Swap the overspecification for a VISTAshield face shield, which offers high-energy impact resistance and greater coverage.
- FLEXIBLE FIT: The new Revolution Flex wheel ratchet harness eliminates pressure points and offers extreme comfort. Made with a unique 3D profile and an extended neck area, the flexible strap moulds to the head for a secure fit.
- TPR LENS SEALING: The TPR (thermoplastic rubber) seal moulds to the wearer's face and creates a seal for better protection against projectiles and reduces lens fogging.
- COMPATIBLE WITH prescription spectacles: The EVOVISTA lens is fully compatible with prescription spectacles and allows the wearer's prescription spectacles to be worn comfortably under the integrated overspec, saving costs and ensuring optimal protection and vision.
- COMPATIBILITY: EVOVISTAlens is designed for maximum compatibility with other JSP personal protective equipment, such as the Force8 half-mask with PressToCheck filters, Sonis-mounted earmuffs and EVOGuard visors.
- ADVANCED ACCESSORIES: Specially designed attachment points on the helmet shell allow mounting of an advanced range of accessories, including head lamps, goggles and ID card holders.
- VENTILATION OPTION: The optional helmet shell with dual ventilation increases comfort and promotes cooling airflow, reducing helmet temperature by an average of 2-3 degrees.

- Tested on molten metal - No penetration into helmet shell. Helmet shell deformation must remain < 10 mm
- Lateral deformation tested - Additional EN397 test
- -40°C tested - The helmet is pretreated in a cold chamber at -40°C for up to 24 hours. The helmet passes the EN397 tests
- EN50365 Electrical insulation - For use on low-voltage installations. This optional test guarantees reliable protection against electric shock up to AC 1000 V or DC 1500 V.
